Starters
63° egg Vegetarian option available. Served with truffle oil. Slow-cooked egg with smoked lamb, Icelandic cheese & crumbs. Prawns à la plancha Shrimps cooked with olive oil, garlic, ginger, chili and coriander. Arctic char tartar Hand-cut and home-smoked Arctic char with citrus, herbs and oil. Fish soup en croûte Icelandic fish, Iberian broth baked beneath a puff-pastry lid. Beef pica-pau Beef bites in olive-oil garlic–mustard white-wine deglazed juices, finished with housemade Icelandic root-veggie pickles. Watermelon gazpacho Chilled watermelon with cucumber, ginger and tomato.


Main courses
Lóa bacalhau Salted cod with onions, olives, paprika, smælki potatoes and olive oil, “Minhota” style. Braised arctic char Served with sautéed vegetables and finished with our house skyr herb dressing. Chicken breast with picadillo Served with crispy smælki potatoes, green asparagus and lemon butter. Lamb shank With leek purée, Icelandic root vegetables and our signature reduced glaze. 200g tenderloin & chimichurri Served with green asparagus and rustic fries. Portobello steak Slow-braised mushroom with crispy baby potatoes, picadillo and truffle oil.


Dessert
Chocolate mousse Salted caramel oat crumble and fleur de sel. Add port for extra love. Silky skyr tart Topped with slow-cooked blueberries and vanilla ice cream. Fig mousse Our vegan take inspired by traditional Algarve-style sweets.
