Every Thursday night, LÓA Restaurant shines a light on Reykjavik’s most promising young bands.

The Next Generation concert series features artists from Center Studios – Reykjavik, a creative hub closely connected to Iceland’s top music schools. It’s where young musicians, many still in their teens, form bands, write original music, and grow into their sound and stage confidence.

Tonight’s band: SILFUR

Join us tonight for a performance by Silfur, a group of six talented young musicians led by the gifted singer, Ella. The band features outstanding players, all currently enrolled in advanced courses at Reykjavík’s leading music schools. They will perform a vibrant selection of songs by artists such as Sade, Jamiroquai, Amy Winehouse, and more.
