Starters
(GF) Langoustine soup Icelandic langoustine, Iberian broth. Rye bread taco With cured Arctic char, mustard mayo and picadillo. (GF) Beef tartar Served in homemade rice crisp with parsley, capers, shallots and mustard mayo. (V, GF) Watermelon gazpacho Chilled watermelon with cucumber, ginger and tomato.


Main courses
(GF) Bacalhau assado Icelandic salted cod served the Portuguese Christmas way, with crisp potatoes and green kale. (GF) 200g tenderloin Prepared with garlic cream, demi-glace, sautéed mushrooms and rustic fries. (V) Portobello steak Slow-braised mushroom with Icelandic crispy potatoes, picadillo and truffle oil.


Dessert
Mandarin tart Topped with fresh mandarin bites and ice cream. Sponge cake Soft and elegant like the time of the year, infused with port wine. (V, GF) Fig mousse Made vegan and inspired by traditional Algarve-style sweets.
